SHIVANI SIDHU

BIO

Shivani was called to the bar of the Province of British Columbia in 2016. She received her law degree from Punjab University,Chandigarh in 2002 and a Masters in International Commercial Law in 2008. She articled at Segev LLP a boutique gaming law firm in Gastown,British Columbia.

 

She advises corporate and individual clients on all kinds of Canadian Citizenship and immigration issues. Her practice includes, but is not limited to, helping clients obtain Labour Market Impact Assessments (LMIA's) for low wage and high wage positions, work permits, student permits and helping clients transition from temporary to permanent residence under various immigration streams. She also assists clients with family based sponsorship applications.

 

She loves the vibrancy, diversity and scenic beauty of this amazing province of British Columbia, she now calls home. In her  free time, she  loves to spend time with her family and friends and try out new recipes.

 

She is fluent in  English, Hindi and Punjabi.
